Fernsehturm
The television tower is the highest building (368 meters) in Berlin and from its dome you can have a real "overall" view of the city from a very central point. It has two platforms: A skywalk and a café which are at about 205 meters above ground. If you visit the café you will find that the seats and tables are placed on a slowly rotating disc, so that you can see the whole 360° from every table in about half an hour.
As it is always with views, you should enjoy them when the weather is fine and the sight is clear.
The tower was built in 1965 to 1969. Located at a very central point it can be seen from almost every other part of the city.
